Mr. Logan has more than twenty-five years of experience in the design, architecture, and construction industry. Mr. Logan has been responsible for the planning, programming, design, and development for a myriad of project types including governmental, commercial, educational, institutional, manufacturing technologies, health and medical, information technology, historic preservation, and residential facilities. Mr. Logan’s experiences in this regard has included standard architectural design services, project and construction management, building code and accessibility analysis, owner representation, risk management, forensic investigations, site surveys, security surveys, feasibility studies, cost estimating, alternative dispute resolution, and litigation support services. Mr. Logan has and continues to operate a forensic architectural consulting firm in Denver, Colorado known as The Architectural Alliance Group, LLC since 1997.
As a Certified Building Plans Examiner by the International Code Council, Mr. Logan has extensive knowledge of the building codes. He has performed numerous code evaluations and studies, and has been involved on multiple occasions in working with various municipalities regarding code interpretations and alternative methods. Mr. Logan’s knowledge and experience provides a solid understanding of where building codes and security standards collide.
Mr. Logan’s personal achievements have included more than 15 years studying and competing in the martial arts. While attending college, Mr. Logan served as an assistant instructor teaching Tae Kwon Do. After relocating to Denver in 1991, Mr. Logan studied at a mixed-martial arts school where he practiced Kenpo Karate, Jukite Ju-Jitsu, and Tae Kwon Do, being promoted to Black Belt in 1997. Mr. Logan also served as an assistant instructor teaching self-defense skills and grappling/submission skills. Mr. Logan has had formal training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and was an avid competitor for many years.
Mr. Logan has also spent ten years competing in the sport of bodybuilding with his wife, earning a number of titles throughout his competitive career. Mr. Logan is a Co-Owner of a health-club in Longmont, Colorado with his wife, and is responsible for all security management and oversight activities at the club.
Mr. Logan is also an accomplished photographer and has provided professional photography services in both the private and public sectors. In addition to providing forensic photography services, Mr. Logan is primarily involved in action event photography and journalistic photography.
